Shipping POLICY
Shipping is FREE on US orders $180+, otherwise it's a flat rate of $8. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Due to ongoing affects of COVID-19, our shipping partners may still experience delays that are out of our control.

International $30.00 USD 7-15 business days

Tracking Number
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
International Shipping
International orders typically arrive between 7 to 15 working days.
Non-US residents: Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees during checkout. SUA is not responsible for any duties or import taxes. If you reject or return your package, we will not refund your payment for you.

Lost or Stolen Pacakges - Coming Soon
We will soon offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. For orders under $100, the fee will be $2.00. For orders over $100, the fee will be 5% of your order subtotal.
You will need to opt into Route Package Protection before placing your order if desired.
Please note: If you do not to add Route Package Protection, you accept that Stacked Up Academy is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, and you need further assistance, please email stackedupacademy@gmail.com
RETURN POLICY
Return Eligibility
Your item/s must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. The return must requested within 14-days of ordering via our returns initiation process. All original packaging tags must be intact and included. We cannot accept returns if any of these have been removed and the original packaging has been discarded or damaged.
In the case where it is evident the item has been worn (leaving makeup residue, washing fabric scents, perfume etc.) or damaged, SUA reserves the right to deduct the necessary value for cleaning, repair and restock.
You must ensure to include the original order invoice with the returning items. If this has been lost or damaged, contact stackedupacademy@gmail.com with your order number to receive a copy.
Late Returns
Any return initiated outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted for refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently accepted. If you wish to change the size of an item, a new order must be placed and any previous items returned for refund. This is due to us not being able to hold your requested exchange items.
You should follow the above return policy instructions. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to us. All items must be returned in-line with the policy stated above. Any items received that fail to comply with the above, will not be refunded.

Items must be returned to us via a tracked and signed for service so that you as the customer and we as the receiver can track parcel progress. While we cover the shipping cost for orders, the return shipping charges remain the responsibility of customer.
Ensuring your return reaches us will also remain the responsibility of the customer and any issues with the chosen courier cannot be resolved on your behalf.
Please clearly mark the package as a return, especially returns outside of the U.S. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, SUA is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your order refund.
We aim to process all returns within 5-10 working days of receipt sent via email. This time may vary across seasonal periods, sale periods or US holidays.
